When fully completed, click on "Submit Order Now" button. You will receive an automated e-mail response confirming that your order has been processed. At the same time, we will receive notification of your order.

Your credit card is processed by Sagepay/Opayo instantly, which will trigger the items picked and packed ready to ship. We delete all electronic records of your credit card number and personal details. We keep a copy of the invoice and the credit card receipt Online Fraud Due to increasing attempts at fraud with online orders, especially from outside the UK, Golfworx Ltd reserves the right to decline any order that we deem not to be genuine. If this is the case an alternative method of payment can be discussed... We also do not send out credit card receipts with your invoice, as this holds your part of your credit card number. Payment

Payment will be taken as soon as the card is accepted. If you get a notification for any reason the card has been un successful then no payment will be taken from your card and we will be in touch to help you. If payment is by cheque, or pending 'e' cheque via paypal - the goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers must be redeemed online at golfworx.co.uk within 180 days of purchase and cannot be used for Orders already placed. If the value of the Order exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card. Unused balances will be held within the recipients voucher for the same period. Vouchers have a cash redemption value of 0.001p. If you have received a promotional gift voucher from Golfworx Ltd, only one such Gift Voucher may be redeemed per purchase.

We are official flighscope custom fitters - Golfworx will use their current fitting bay and will carry a Kudu Flightscope radar launch monitor at Boldon Golf Club that will assure that every golfer gets the best specification of club. We call it 'FITTING WORX'. and will cost £40 per fitting - refunded on the club order (excluding sale irons/woods or promotional reduced to clear). This will ensure the golfer attains flex, bend profile and weight of shaft are correct, inturn ensuring the desired performance is achieved. Golf club analysis is a science and this evolution is now at it's most technical and accurate. The benchmark in fitting on tour, you dont need to be looking at new clubs to benefit, we can give you all the information you need about your current equipment, and make some suggestions based on our findings.

Flightscope is considered to be the only real launch monitor to give real time data and provide accurate fitting of shaft and club harmony for golfers who wish to purchase equipment without doubt of it being correct for them. The European Tour now rely on Flightscope to provide all information for longest driving statistics. Now custom fitting has thrown up so many options that the average player has more ways to get it wrong than ever.
Faced with this problem, Mizuno has developed a technology that takes shaft fitting to a whole new level. Specially-created software sifts through the options to select the optimal match, based on Swing DNA recorded by Mizuno's Shaft Optimizer. What was once a inaccurate process is now one that is immediate, consistent and available at golfworx

Brexit and European orders. Please note that as from Jan 1st 2021 The UK will depart rom the EU and although the goods will be tariff free of charges - there will be NO VAT charges that will apply when delivering your item. When an item is despatched an e mail explains your order is on its way, and be delivered to your home, safe place, neighbour or 1,000 DPD pick up or depot branches UK nationwide. (In Mainland UK this is usually next working day from email). We can offer next working day delivery. If you leave your mobile number with your order you will receive a notification text as well as an email - to which hour it will be delivered which is an feature of our delivery system. We do not ship outside of Europe normally but again prices can be requested for international zones. For redirection to a different address when the parcel has already been sent will cost £12... and if a parcel is on its way and you cancel then a £12 redirection charge applies (Europe £30) remember it is your responsibility to accept goods, and we send to the address provided.
You can of course collect from any local DPD depot or route this to a safe shop... for free!

For very small packages (ie Gloves, Headcovers and Caps) we use Royal Mail. Please can you be so kind and responsible to provide us with an address where delivery can be signed for in reasonable time. If however delivery is refused or returned after three attempts it will unfortunately incur a £12+VAT resend charge if it comes back to us. We incur this charge If you are not at home so will by default be taken from your card.
