Money Back Guarantee
All items have a 14 day contact money back guarantee. However if you are dissatisfied with your item, returns will be dealt with upon receipt unused in the manner it was delivered to you. This excludes custom fitted clubs ordered as they are bespoke to the purchasers requirements.
The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by the terms of our service.
Orders can be processed 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The website adhere to terms and conditions of law and we offer consumer rights and protection. However there are circumstances where the website can be mis-used. Any discount codes relate to the item they were intended for any misuse of those discount codes or products added free when not entitled - we reserve the right to class the order as NULL and VOID on the website. This does not affect your statutory rights. Also the website goes under routine maintenance and updates and can show products that are in stock when they are temporarily out of stock - the website will need a short period of time to catch up. The Website can omit errors that can display onto orders, quantity errors and pricing. When you make an order you will be binded by our terms and conditions here by clicking the accept button. By submitting the electronic order form you are making an 'offer' to us that - if accepted becomes a binding contract. However we have to accept the order before we honour it and refuse the right to supply goods for any stated reason. The point where we accept the order and when the contract starts with us is at the point of despatch. Any communication prior to this is purely an indication of reciept of the order - unless the order is a custom fit where we will by default have a 24 hour period when the order is accepted.
2. Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your order please e-mail us as soon as possible. However, as we endeavour to ship your order very quickly, it may not always be possible to cancel your order. If an item is cancelled after we have sent your dispatch notice and whilst in transit, a £12 re-direction charge and £30 European Charge per parcel will be made for return of the goods back to us without reciept. If this is the case, please follow the returning goods procedure.
3. Returning Goods
We have split returns into two sections these are:
- Faulty Goods
- Unwanted Goods.
4a. Faulty Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged, please inform us as soon as possible. We will offer either a replacement item to be sent, or a full refund for the item(s) only. If you request a refund we would ask that the faulty item(s) is/are reported within 14 days. If you require an exchange we will replace goods deemed faulty to ensure this deadline is met. We reserve the right to get a manufacturers inspection before we refund or exchange to verify an official decision of some complaints.
4b. Faulty goods (Europe) Manufacturers warranties are held and processed in the UK, European orders that are undertaken are done so on the basis the warranty is held here in the UK. Anything purchased outside of the UK must be returned to the UK at the consumers cost after 30 days. This applies to all goods including electric trolleys where the servicing and warranty is strictly held by the manufacturer to repair/service in the UK only
5. Unwanted Goods/Wrong sizing
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days commencing you recieve your goods. The unwanted item(s) must be returned undamaged at your cost and in original packaging to receive a full refund. We will refund the cost of the item(s), - and that you , the buyer return in the above condition, within 14 days from the e-mail notification of your intention to cancel. (You must state clearly you wish to cancel the purchase and ask for a refund - this must be within 14 working days after you receive your goods). This excludes custom fit or logo or any bespoke item.
If you have ordered the wrong size or goods incorrectly or do not fit then we will gladly exchange within 30 days of reciept, (excludes any custom or bespoke item) you must notify us and return the goods to us with a covering letter and return address. Please note return postage is at the consumers cost. Alternatively exchange and collection can be made direct to your home without any hassle for £16. Please call us if you would like to discuss 0191 4479800. Its is the buyers responsibility to ensure all items are sent to us within relevant timescales and with kept documentation.
Please note any specification order placed by the customer that falls outside the default options for those clubs means that you - the customer are entering into a contract with us and the manufacturer to build those clubs. We cannot custom fit over the phone. So any option you order we assume you have made full research into the shafts, weights with relevant supplier product pages and claim full responsibility of those specifications ordered. Therefore it is you, the buyer who declares your custom fitted clubs and we provide them as specified. Any bespoke product - we cannot cancel because of the individual nature of the product and as such is breach of contract. Please note as soon as the order is placed - you have 24 hours to stop the order however this will incur a 10% plus VAT surcharge of the total value of the order. Anytime after that you are subject to undertaking a contract for the supplier to build the clubs ordered. We will not refund unwanted myjoy shoes orders or custom fitted clubs under any circumstances after you take delivery and is your responsibility to order and understand correctly at the time of ordering your club selection so please check sizes, lengths, lie angles and weights of your order! We think 72 hours is reasonable for you to tell us if we have sent incorrect items from your reciept.
Brexit. As from Jan 1st 2021 or deliveries made after this time although tariff free - maybe be subject to customs charges or VAT in the country it will be delivered in. The EU deal is made for free trade however please ensure you have made provisions for those possible charges we cannot be responsible for VAT charges made by EU customs at border contol. However we wil lmake sure if you do then UK VAT is refunded on your order. If those good are sent back due to unpaid costs then we will refund those items - however reserve the right to deduct the returned postage costs made by our European courier. Under no circumstances will we accept or refund any bespoke or custom product after any unpaid custom charges. Please check any possible VAT charges your country may impose and we will refund the UK VAT (20%) on your order if they do.
6. Warranty Issues
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any of the products you have brought from golfworx you may return unused goods, along with all original packaging and any labels within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All goods come with a 12 months manufacture defect warranty, if any item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use the following action needs to be taken.
For defects within one year we will exchange the faulty item at our expense if proven that that thefault is defective rather than mis-use. On returing the item please include proof of return cost so that we can reimburse this charge. Once received we will inspect the item and repair, replace, offer a like for like replacement or return the item if we feel there has been no manufacturing fault. Any refund if you so wish will be on a pro rata basis from the period of sale up to the point of the fault
