Our delivery times are dependant on the the item you purchase usually within 3-4 days but can be next day if you let us know the urgency of your purchase. Please call or email us (usually we are available on chat) if you need anything urgently and we will be happy to help! Custom fit lead times differ from supplier – again please contact us before you order so we can offer some advice for you. If you need any help then please email us or call us on our usual contact number 0191 4479800. For all Mainland UK orders its free over £29 and we use DPD as our shipping partners. And those for our international couriers. Most standard items ordered (non custom or special order) are usually delivered to your desired address within 4-5 working days.
Brexit and European orders. Please note that as from Jan 1st 2021 The UK will depart rom the EU and although the goods will be tariff free of charges – there will be NO VAT charges that will apply when delivering your item. WE PAY THE VAT ON YOUR ORDER so you – the customer can shop at ease the price we have online is the ONLY price you will pay. Please note postage charges will apply however under certain amounts
When an item is despatched an e mail explains your order is on its way, and be delivered to your home, safe place, neighbour or 1,000 DPD pick up or depot branches UK nationwide. (In Mainland UK this is usually next working day from email). We can offer next working day delivery. If you leave your mobile number with your order you will receive a notification text as well as an email – to which hour it will be delivered which is an feature of our delivery system. If there is an undue delay to the order we will notify you via e mail. But many times we can get items to you the next day if you wish to call us on 0191 4479800 so we can help you! We do not ship outside of Europe normally but again prices can be requested for international zones. For redirection to a different address when the parcel has already been sent will cost £12… and if a parcel is on its way and you cancel then a £12 redirection charge applies (Europe £30) remember it is your responsibility to accept goods, and we send to the address provided.
You can of course collect from any local DPD depot or route this to a safe shop… for free!
Our delivery charges are as follows:
For very small packages (ie Gloves, Headcovers and Caps) we use Royal Mail. Please can you be so kind and responsible to provide us with an address where delivery can be signed for in reasonable time. If however delivery is refused or returned after three attempts it will unfortunately incur a £12+VAT resend charge if it comes back to us. We incur this charge If you are not at home so will by default be taken from your card.

Please try to be understanding with us or DPD if they try to deliver and you know you are not going to be at home and incur further charges. Likewise if you give us an incorrect address and/or postcode for UK or Europe. If the parcel needs to be re-routed because of this – an extra charge from our couriers will apply.
