Money Back Guarantee
All items have a 14 day contact money back guarantee. However if you are dissatisfied with your item, returns will be dealt with upon receipt unused in the manner it was delivered to you. This excludes custom fitted clubs ordered as they are bespoke to the purchasers requirements.
The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by the terms of our service.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order please phone us on 0191 4479800 as soon as possible. However, as we endeavour to ship your order very quickly, it may not always be possible to cancel your order. If an item is cancelled whilst in transit, a £10+VAT re-direction charge will be made for return of the goods back to us without reciept. If this is the case, please follow the returning goods procedure.
We have split returns into two sections these are:
- Faulty Goods
- Unwanted Goods.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please inform us as soon as possible. We will offer either a replacement item to be sent, or a full refund for the item(s) only. If you request a refund we would ask that the faulty item(s) is/are reported within 14 days. You have a further 14 days if you so wish to return them. If you require an exchange we will replace goods deemed faulty to ensure this deadline is met. We reserve the right to get a manufacturers inspection before we refund or exchange to verify an official decision of some complaints.
Unwanted Goods/Wrong sizing
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days commencing the day after you receive your goods. The unwanted item(s) must be returned undamaged at your cost and in original packaging to receive a full refund. We will refund the cost of the item(s), - and that you return in the above condition, within 14 days from the e-mail notification of your intention to cancel. (this must be within 14 days of reciept of goods). This excludes custom fit or logo or any bespoke item

If you have ordered the wrong size or goods do not fit then we will gladly exchange within 14 days of reciept, you must notify us and return the goods to us with a covering letter or return address and re sending charge of £3.99. In the unlikely event you order custom fitted clubs and they are unwanted for any reason - we can cancel (without cost) a 24 hour period of placing the order but because of the bespoke nature after this period - a 10% surcharge will apply. We will not refund unwanted myjoy shoes orders or custom fitted clubs under any circumstances after you take delivery and is your responsibility to order correctly at the point of order so please check your order! We think 72 hours is reasonable for you to tell us if we have sent incorrect items from your reciept.

If you feel that we have not met the highest standard, then please e-mail us at email@example.com Your initial complaint will receive a response within 2 working days, informing you of time scales to address your complaint. Your complaint will be dealt without predjudice fairly and as quickly as possible, in a confidential manner. If the complaint can not be resolved immediately you will receive a weekly update on progress. Any information gathered through this procedure is used to monitor and improve our operating practices and procedures.
